U9 Boys/Girls Academy Pool Coach-Foreman 

Background:
Jon played soccer in high school and ran track in college. He has coached in LISC for 10 years, coaching U10 through U18 Boys and most recently coaching U10-U12 Girls. He also served on the LISC Board as the Club Treasurer for 4 years. He also coaches high school track locally (at St. Joseph-Ogden High School). His four children have all played LISC soccer, with Matt playing last year at Washington University in St. Louis where he will concentrate on track this year. Professionally Jon is a board-certified equine veterinary internist at the University of Illinois where he is now also the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs. His research and post-graduate (M.S.) training is in exercise physiology.  Jon holds both the USSF "E" and USSF "D" Coaching licenses as well as the NSCAA National Youth Diploma.
