Philosophy: As assistant director, Josh believes that playing soccer
should begin at an early age. He believes that at early levels of
development, it is important for players to have fun and enjoy the game
while learning core fundamentals. By promoting teamwork and strategy
individual players can persevere to higher levels of achievement. Soccer
can teach an individual how to work with others on and off the field.
