Coaching Philosophy: As a director of coaching, Michael
promotes the development of each player and each team collectively which
in turn generates winning habits. To obtain this level of excellence,
one must be dedicated on the field and off. While playing the game of
soccer is very important, respect for the players and the coaching staff
is the most valuable component in achieving club success. Through dedication,
hard work, and practice we can achieve the goals that we set for ourselves
as a club while enjoying the game of soccer, which is the key element
in this process.
