The annual meeting of the LISC was called to order by Ron Walton at 7:05 on Tuesday, March 28, 2006.
Final meeting member attendance is pending.
The Board of Directors was introduced.
The calling of a quorum of attending members was Motioned and seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
An attendance quorum was established.
Ron Walton gave the President’s Report.
Cathy Baird gave the Treasurer’s Report.
A motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Jackie Newman, and seconded by Cindy Warren. The motion was approved unanimously.
Mike Kobylinski gave the Director of Coaching report.
Paige Lewis gave a report on the Fall & Spring Cup.
Robert Baird gave an update on the website, www.liscsoccer.com.
The floor was opened for new business. No new business was brought forth.
There was an open Question & Answer period.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15.
