Board members in attendance: Ron Walton, Mike Wilson, Cathy Moe, Adam Jenkins, Mike Kobylinski, Joan Wingo, Cathy Baird, Rick Hazlewood, Derek Vannice, Paige Lewis
The meeting was called to order at 8:03 by Board President Ron Walton.
As there was no record of the April 3 board meeting, there were no minutes to be approved.
The board president gave his report.
The Director of Coaching gave his report.
All present committees gave their reports.
Cathy Baird, chairman of the Finance Committee, issued the committee’s recommendations on the 2006/2007 budget, fee structure, and scholarship programs. The recommendations were approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:57.
