Refund for injured player. U14 player will not be able to play due to injury this spring. Refund approved by board. (policy will be written on refunding)
Real Estate agent-Majorie Henderson with Remax agreed to donate 10% or her yearly commissions to the club. The details will be finalized by Ron and Derek.
The realtors name will be placed on the web site or a link from our web site to hers by Robert Baird, web master. Advertisement will go in programs or flyers when appropriate.
Derek Vannice is working on a sponsorship packet of information and will be seeking out other sponsors.
Brookfield Red teams U13 and U14 girls pulled out of the tournament. Teams did not feel it was worth it to drive 5 hours to play each other. Tournament fee offered to be applied to the Fall Cup. If the do not want this refund will be granted.
All Rosters have been give to Amy and Gary with the exception of the U13 Boys team.
Laura Kaulman and Gia will present a slide show and question and answer session at the bylaw meeting this Thursday. Contract was signed and fee paid for outdoor training. Lifelines has not started due to scheduling difficulties and weather. Scheduled to start tomorrow.
Bylaws vote: parent rep and coach voting process as stated in the old bylaws will be in effect. Meeting on Thursday will be informational and voting will take place at a later date. Any objections to the bylaws will be taken into consideration and rewritten if appropriate then revision will be sent out by e-mail
Adam stipends and reimbursement for travel was sent out by e-mail. President declared an agreement to this refund due to a quorum of vote. Amy brought up it was the understanding that if one person voted no by an e-mail vote, it must be brought to a meeting and discussed further. Several points were brought to the boards attention. Such as: Stipends are not routinely paid to summer coaches. The coach is responsible to hold a parent meeting and make parents aware of additional cost. Coach or delegate is then responsible for collection of this money. Vote on reimbursement for Adam tabled by President.
Tax except status: need to be 501C, Derek will follow-up
