b. Proposed increasing the fees paid to the coaches from $500/season to $750/season and an additional $250 for winter coaching
c. Proposed an education budget including:
Club Education

KNVB
Estimated that this proposal would amount to approximately $45K- $50K.
Derek Vannice moved to approve the plan if the budget can handle the increase, Amy J seconded. The plan was sent back to finance committee – Derek V, Ron W, Gary S, and Pat K - to review if LISC could afford implementing.
2. Amy H introduced the issue of allowing Mike Wingo authority to vote as a board member. Due to time constraints, resolving this issue was postponed to the normal board meeting on July 14th.
3. Ron presented a proposed budget forecast for LISC. It was agreed to be sent back to finance committee for review. The finance committee includes: Ron Walton, Gary Sullan, Derek Vannice, and Pat Kemme.
4. Registration Process discussed and agreed upon:
a. Trey would give Amy the finalized rosters on June 24. Trey will be physically leaving Champaign on June 26th but will be reviewing e-mail and phone messages
b. All players are to be notified June 24-June 26
c. Acceptance and rejection packets will be sent by next Wednesday. The rejection packets will be sent out 2 days after the acceptance letters.
d. Registration will be held on July 12th from 6-9 pm at Assembly of God church on Race and Windsor.
e. Amy H stated that 2 volunteers are needed per team to allow the registration process to run smoothly.
f. Since Trey will not be physically available to quickly answer questions, Amy H will answer club questions and John Harriot/Mike Wingo will handle any of the team issues.
g. The Secretary will keep the rosters and tryout forms.
5. Decided not to initiate new registration program due to the late date; the programming is still not completely designed. Amy J and Pat K volunteered to enter the player data into the program when it becomes available.
Respectfully Submitted,
Patricia Kemme
